SouldlroW Bandanas

The origin, freedom, the symbol

Before the photographs. Before SouldlroW as it exists today. There was a simple gesture: a bandana.

I was 19. I didn't know where I was going yet, but I knew one thing: I wanted to create something that came from me. Something I could wear, touch, share. Something that would allow me to dare.

That's how my first brand was born: Simplemax. I called it that because it was simply me. I wore my own bandanas, tied them every day, and people recognized me for it. It wasn't an accessory: it was my signature, my style, my identity, my freedom.

Creating Simplemax was the beginning of everything. The first step towards creation. The first act of self-confidence. The first moment I understood that I could give shape to what I felt.

It wasn't a product. It was a trigger.

How a bandana made me a photographer

To showcase my bandanas, I started photographing them. I tied them on models, looked for light, built an image, an identity, a universe. Without knowing it, I was learning:

  • styling
  • art direction
  • casting
  • natural light
  • composition
  • visual storytelling
  • the sensitivity of the gaze

And above all: I was discovering my path.

My bandanas put a camera in my hands. They taught me to see. They allowed me to become a photographer.

Then models started contacting me. Then young designers. Then international brands. Then agencies. Then campaigns.

And one day, I understood: 👉 I was no longer a bandana creator who took photos 👉 I had become a photographer and artistic director

And this path, born from a simple piece of fabric, led me to Fine Art photography, to nature, to light, to SouldlroW.

Because in reality, everything began the day I accepted to simply be myself.

SimpleMax was not just a brand. It was my name, my style, my way of being. I wore my own bandanas, tied them every day, and people recognized me for it. It wasn't a strategy: it was my truth. A way to embrace who I was, unfiltered, unmasked, uncompromising.

And by simply being myself, everything opened up: creation, photography, artistic direction, collaborations, travels, encounters, images, light. Simplemax was the first incarnation of my freedom, SouldlroW is now its deepest expression.

A symbol of freedom

The bandana has always been a symbol.
A piece of fabric that transcends eras, cultures, movements.
A sign of expression, identity, freedom.

For me, it represents:

  • the freedom to be oneself
  • the freedom to create
  • the freedom to live at one's own pace
  • the freedom to reconnect with one's soul

It's an accessory, yes.
But it's above all a state of mind.

Designer bandanas — unique, authentic, full of meaning

SouldlroW bandanas are not industrial products.
They don't try to look like those found everywhere.
They are not made to please everyone.

They are made for those who seek:

  • a unique piece
  • a pattern that tells a story
  • a poetic aesthetic
  • a connection to the living world
  • an accessory with a soul

Each bandana is conceived as a material extension of my artistic universe.

The choice of fabrics — Valdrôme, Provence, living heritage

I chose to work with Valdrôme fabrics, a historic French house known for its Provençal patterns and textile expertise.
These fabrics carry a memory within them:
that of the South, of light, colors, traditions.

They embody:

  • authenticity
  • quality
  • the poetry of ancient patterns
  • the softness of cotton
  • the warmth of the South

Each bandana is a piece in small series, sometimes unique, always singular.

A SouldlroW bandana is more than an accessory

It is:

  • a fragment of light
  • a piece of freedom
  • a symbol of movement
  • a way to carry life
  • a vibration

It's an object that accompanies, that crosses seasons, that ties around the neck, wrist, hair, a bag…
An object that lives with you.

Why I continue to create bandanas today

Because it's the origin.
Because it's my first creative breath.
Because it's a link between:

  • my past
  • my present
  • my art
  • my identity

SouldlroW bandanas are the roots of everything I create today.
They carry the same intention as my photographs:

👉 to bring back to freedom, presence, inner truth.

An aesthetic consistent with my Fine Art universe

Even if bandanas and photographs are two different mediums, they share:

  • softness
  • light
  • poetry
  • simplicity
  • connection to the living world
  • the search for harmony

They are two ways of expressing the same thing:
a way of living, seeing, being.

The bandana as a symbol of soul

SouldlroW bandanas were born from a need for freedom.
They were my first step towards creation.
Today they are a symbol of what I want to convey:
gentleness, light, presence, truth.

They are not there to follow a trend.
They are there to accompany those who seek to live more freely, more deeply, more authentically.

They are an invitation:
to dare,
to create,
to breathe,
to be oneself.
